Rochford & District Swimming Club (RADS)

The Essex Swimming league is an annual competition for Essex-based swimming clubs which runs over four separate galas usually running between September and May. There are four divisions in the league & RADS compete in Division 1 for 2012. The Division 1 teams comprise of:-

Canvey Island
Rochford
Romford Town
Runnymede
